Guest instructor Jessica Sallay-Carrington. 

 In this 2-day workshop Jessica Sallay-Carrington will teach how to build animal sculptures using the technique of building the figures solid on the first day, then spending the second day hollowing them out. Everyone can choose the animal they wish to build and Jessica will show the steps of how to build it. Focusing on parts of the animals such as fur or feathers, eyes, positions of the body.  This is the technique Jessica uses to build all of their sculptures, so this technique can be translated into many kinds of forms. 

1st  day: Jessica will begin with a demonstration on the first day, then everyone will build their animals as solid forms.
